  • Can an appointment be scheduled months in advance?
    Yes, you can schedule an appointment at anytime within our normal business hours.
  • Can I cancel my appointment(s)?
    Yes, your appointment(s) can be cancelled, there will be a $40 cancellation fee. Please give us a 24 hour cancellation by email. Send your email to: In the subject: Cancellation. In the body of the message include the clients name and phone number.
  • Do you only provide services to Special Needs?
    No, 7CutzAbove provides convenient services to everyone of all ages.
  • How far will you travel?
    7CutzAbove travels to all 50 states to service our clients.
  • Is there a travel fee added in the cost of the haircut?
    Yes, the traveling fee depends on the distance that is traveled.
  • Can a client prepay for a service?
    Yes, a payment can be made in advance. To access the prepaid option: 1. In the Menu, click Schedule an Appointment. 2. Click the pay now button. 3. Enter in your credit card information on the secured site. 4. Enter in the age of the client and the number of people being serviced. 5. Enter in your email address. 6. Click submit. You will recieve a confirmation number to your email address. Please keep a record of all confirmation numbers.
  • Do you accept all forms of payments?
    No, we are currently accepting cash and credit card (Discover, Master and Visa) payments. Checks and money orders are not acceptable at this time.
